Small painting 002

One of a series of small painting studies. They are made with pencil and traditional gouache paint on gesso panels - created as a way to assess the components, color and composition for larger mural works. Each work bears visible brush strokes, marks, lines, and surface variation: highlighting the immediacy of the process.  

Panels are 9in x12in
