shipping & returns

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased arrived damaged or faulty.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at mullinstudio@gmail.com with the order number and photos of the damage and we will do our best to sort it out swiftly.

Each print is packaged securely and posted in a tube with tissue paper. We are extremely careful when packing our prints and do our best to ensure that no damage will occur during postage.

For international orders

We cannot accept responsibility for any additional taxes or charges.

International shipping:
If you are outside the usa, our policy is to declare international orders at full value. This means that you will be responsible for taxes and import duties once the item arrives in your country. If you would like to calculate roughly how much this will be, there are a number of useful customs calculators available online. The last thing we want is for you to be surprised by customs duties and taxes when receiving your order. 

Delivery refusal and/or return to sender orders that are returned to sender will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping.
